The Home Ministry said 11 people were killed when the landslide triggered by heavy overnight rainfall buried the village at Lumle located about 200 kilometers west of Kathmandu.

At least four bodies were pulled out of nearby Dudhe village today.

Another 13 people were hurt in the landslides triggered by heavy rainfall. Details were still sketchy as rescuers were still on the way to the area.
