ORDER:
     Government vide reference first read above has issued
guidelines for construction of Cement Concrete Roads under
MGNREGS in convergence with 13th & 14th Finance Commission
funds and other local funds at the ratio of 50:50 (MGNREGS
funds : Convergence funds).

2. The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development,
Vijayawada vide reference third read above has submitted a
proposal to permit the sharing pattern for construction of Cement
Concrete Roads under MGNREGS at the ratio of 90:10 (MGNREGS
funds : Convergence funds) where the population range of Gram
Panchayat is less than 2000 and at the ratio of 70:30 (MGNREGS
funds : Convergence funds) where the population range of Gram
Panchayat is between 2000 to 9000 and to continue the existing
sharing pattern where the population range of Gram Panchayat is
more than 9000 utilizing the convergence fund allotted in the
budget due to lack of financial resources at Gram Panchayts level
to meet the 50% contribution as convergence fund.

3. Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby
approve the revised sharing pattern of convergence funds for
construction of Cement Concrete Roads under MGNREG Scheme
at the ratio of 90:10 (MGNREGS funds : Convergence funds) where
the population range of Gram Panchayat is less than 2000 and at
the ratio of 70:30 (MGNREGS funds : Convergence funds) where
the population range of Gram Panchayat is between 2000 to 9000
utilizing the convergence fund allotted in the budget with the
guidelines mentioned below. The existing sharing pattern as
ordered in the G.O first read above shall be continued for the Gram
Panchayats having population more than 9000.

i) Enough material components should be generated in each
district to meet the requirement of other works and
departments.

ii) Make sure that not less than 60% is spent on agriculture
and allied activities and not less than 65% is spent on
NRM activities in every district.
4. The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development shall
take further action accordingly.

ORDER:
 The following Notification will be published in an Extra-ordinary issue of the
Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated:06-06-2017.
NOTIFICATION
 Whereas, a Notification was issued in G.O.Ms.No.180, Transport Roads and
Buildings Department, dated the 7th June, 1980, declaring any service under the
Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation as an essential service under the
provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1971 ( Andhra
Pradesh Act 20 of 1971);
2. And whereas, orders were issued in G.O.Ms.No.7, TR&B (Tr.II) Department,
Dated: 25.01.2016 prohibiting strikes for a period of six months w.e.f., 25.01.2016 in
any service under Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation constituted
under the Road Transport Corporation Act, 1950 (Act 64 of 1950) and the said period
expired;
3. And whereas, Government have considered that in the public interest, it is
necessary and expedient to prohibit strikes in any service under the Andhra Pradesh
State Road Transport Corporation for a period of six months;
4. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1971 (Andhra
Pradesh Act 20 of 1971), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby prohibit strikes
in any service under the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation
constituted under the Road Transport Corporation Act, 1950 (Act 64 of 1950) for a
period of six months with immediate effect.
